Transit Card

I lay before you two (2) transit cards, a ruler and a card holder.  None of these items are important to me anymore.  They may have been free, they may have been lost and found, but I am glad I lost the cursed transit card.

The Caller

It is another caller, calling about a missing card holder.  How many of them lost a card holder this month?  I am sick of people calling about their missing card holder.

That Voice

It is that voice again.  I have heard it so many times.  What does the voice want now?  It better not be the two (2) transit cards, the ruler and the card holder.

The Case of the Missing Transit Card

 We lay before you two (2) transit cards, a ruler and a card holder.

These are the items that a girl has left with our receptionist today.  She insisted that we take all of these "important" items so that we can find her missing transit card.  Our receptionist, confused and lost, told her that we will do everything in our power to help her find her missing transit card.

Unfortunately, our receptionist forgot to take down her contact information so even though we found her missing transit card, we could not return it to her.  We are now deliberating what we should do with the items that the girl has left behind.

That Girl

It is that girl again.  I have seen her so many times.  What does she want today?   I don't want to see her two (2) transit cards, the ruler and the card holder again.

These are the items that were returned to me again.  Once again, they could not find my presto card.  I don't know what to do anymore.
